Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Glimmerwisp Tavern (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to the beta period and will be updated before the public launch.

Using the App

• —You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• —You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• —You agree not to exploit bugs, cheats, or automation to artificially generate energy or advance game progression.
• —You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• —You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary assets from the App.

Beta period

The App is currently in closed beta. Beta versions may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to significant changes. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during the beta period. We may reset game progress during the beta with reasonable notice.

Virtual currency and in-app purchases

Energy (⚡) is a virtual game currency that can only be earned by completing real-world tasks. It has no monetary value and cannot be purchased, traded, or transferred. Other virtual currencies (Coins, Gems, Wisps) are also virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. Any real-money purchases (cosmetics, AI Plus subscription) are for virtual goods and services only. All purchases are subject to the platform store's refund policies (Apple App Store, Google Play). We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual currencies and in-app items at any time.

AI features

The AI brain-dump intake and task-splitting features use AI language models to process your input. AI outputs are suggestions only — you always have the ability to review, edit, and reject any AI-generated content before it becomes part of your task list. AI systems can make mistakes. Do not rely on AI-generated task lists for time-critical, medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Subscriptions

The AI Plus subscription is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by law. When a subscription lapses, no game content or progress is removed. The subscription only gates access to cloud AI features — the free tier remains fully functional.

Intellectual property

All game content, artwork, characters, music, and software are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We will notify users by email before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
